Bonjour et bienvenu sur ma page Verbling! Je m'appelle Raphaël, tuteur de français FLE à votre service! About myself: I was born outside Bordeaux in France and grew up near Versailles, outside Paris. I moved to the UK in London in 2005 after graduating from University of Versailles in English literature and civilization (License d'Anglais LLCE). I have been teaching French in London through several language agencies since 2006 such as BSL, London Speaks French or The Language Machine, to name but a few. Methodology: Lessons are adaptive and tailored to your level and your needs. But overall, here is a typical guide lesson plan: My classes are organised between: 1) rudimentary and basic spoken French (day-to-day conversational French at home, at work, socially, which includes vocabulary idioms, role plays, games), 2) written (Grammar, conjugaison) 3) Reading, pronunciation, video and text analyses (current affairs, culture, sports, science, literature, film and song lyric extracts). A bientôt!
Hi everybody! Nice to meet you! French learning by practicing in an enthusiastic and interactive spirit with an experimented French mother tongue trainer. Because a language is closely connected with many other cultural dimensions (habits, history, songs, literature, way of thinking, etc.), I propose you to dive deeply into the French environment during the lesson: it makes the learning process easier, funnier and more useful in your French daily life. Successful methods guaranteed: my dedicated students make significant and quick progress. You won´t be at a loss with the words* and you´ll be soon involved in Voltaire´s language adventure! *switch to the French phrase: « Ne pas avoir sa langue dans sa poche » (literally: don´t keep one´s tongue in one´s pocket) <A language, a culture… and a method> As I like discovering foreign cultures and travelling, I speak English and German fluently, I understand Spanish and I´m currently learning Arabic and Hebrew. My knowledge in languages can facilitate the communication with my students. I've lived in several countries in Europe, mostly in Germany where I've worked. I'm interested in art, literature, history, social topics: I consider approaching a culture way of thinking enables us to improve our language capabilities more naturally and quicker. <A method approved by experience> I've studied humanities (literature, philosophy, history…) and didactic methods. Then I developed my pedagogical practice, as I taught a very large spectrum of students, from different origins and all levels: preparation of school exams for teenagers and children, alphabetization or conversation courses for adults. I've created an E-learning platform, full of didactic resources, also useful for official exams for immigration and nationalization (DELF, DALF, TFI, TCF, TEF Canada). <Your request, our goals. Learning with enthusiasm> My lessons are based on cultural aspects: songs and movies as teaching supports, anecdotes, true stories, debates. Thus, you learn with enthusiasm what you really need in your daily life, without noticing it. According to your needs and goals, you'll benefit from didactic tools of any type (audio, reading, grammatical theory, website for education). Individualized lessons preparation, exercises correction, study tips are included. Full involvement and dynamism are expected from the students.

Hello, my name is Rodolphe, I am a French teacher. I lived and taught in Paris for a long time, but today I teach in Lisbon, Portugal, in a famous French Institute. The first motivation I have to teach in e-learning is to get in contact with very different people, to enrich myself personally and to extend my experience with persons of all nationalities and all cultures. One of the most interesting facets of e-learning is finding yourself in front of your student, in a private lesson, and having to call on his experience to help him best in his learning, because wether he is English-speaking, Lusophone or Sinophone, you don't learn a language exactly the same way. It is therefore up to the teacher to think about the best strategy to make these lessons as profitable as possible for the student. My program is widely inspired by the CEFR, the Common European Framework for language teaching, which, as we know, has essentially an action-oriented approach to this learning. "Action" means, for the learner, to be faced with real-life situations, of daily life, like shopping, talking about the weather, expressing an emotion for example. The program that I set up for face-to-face in e-learning is based on a very large number of audio and written documents, drawn from different methods that I use daily to teach French in Lisbon. . Working on these documents will allow you to be plunged in real-life situations, as if you were in a French-speaking country. Depending on the student’s project, I can target a specific skill, such as improving oral comprehension, correcting pronunciation, speaking, or even producing written texts of very different natures. In addition, at the end of each course, you will receive a summary file explaining the language points that we have seen together: grammar, pronunciation or speech acts. So, « the ball is in your court », as we say in French, what about having a linguistic experience with me? Go ahead, click for a test session !

Hello everyone, My name is Arthur, I graduated in teaching French as a foreign language in 2014 and I have been teaching French since 2012. I am also graduated in anthropology from the School of Oriental and African Studies of London. I work occasionally as a freelance journalist, in the field of arts and culture. I am passionate about the French language, by its subtlety, its evolution, its history and the immense possibilities it offers us. I am living currently between France and the Balkans, and work half of my time on the theme of Roma populations. I have developed over the years a teaching technique that allows students to progress quickly, both in writing and spoking. Learning a language should be a pleasure above all, as well as a moment of sharing. Therefore, my lessons are dynamic, lively and fun. I adapt my lessons to each of my students. I use their passions, their profession or their studies to shape my classes. Over time, my students will: 1) Improve their French through discussion. 2) Improve their written French through literature, political or cultural subjects. My students can send me as many writings as they want, on any subject (professional, academic, personal), and I will take the time to correct them. 3) Obtain a better understanding of La Francophonie, through texts, articles, reports, films, etc. I hope to meet you soon to share my passion for French with you.
